In most cases, orders are shipped with 24-48 hours, and delivered to your door within 3-5 days of ordering. Sometimes new stock needs to be made up as we like to ship you the freshest products we can.

During busy periods such as Christmas, this could increase but generally never more than 5-7 working days.

Due to hygiene reasons, and the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or refunds of delivered orders on the vast majority of our products. We do reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund.

If your order hasn't been shipped yet, we can process refunds, but do get in touch ASAP as our shipping time is fairly quick.

But we don't want unhappy customers, so if you have received your order and you are not fully satisfied, get in touch with our customer care team and we will offer a solution to make sure you're happy, usually a store credit or replacement product so you are never out of pocket.
